This method SIM-unlocks your device.
Tested 100% on SPV M650 Orange (same device different names)
Instructions:
1. Download: (Sim_Unlock_Artemis.zip) (it contains all we need),then unzip it to a folder and open that folder ( you got 4 items).
2. Install (WST_v4.2.2_Setup).
3. Device must be connected with another SIM-Card in it, and synced to PC by ActiveSync 4.5 (green icon on tray).
4. Run (Wizard Service Tool), click <Enab. RAPI + Unsigned Apps> first then click <Repair IMEI> and then enter the new IMEI:355046015665718 (save your current original IMEI before change - you have to go back to it later) .
5. Start (SIM_Unlock), wait a moment,when program asks for key".unl" file, select the "xxx.unl".
6. Start (Wizard Service Tool), click <Repair IMEI> and change to your original IMEI

Suivez ces instructions pour débloquer votre PPC;
Cette méthode est testée sur mon appareil SPV M650 Orange,
1-Télécharger l'archive (SIM_Unlock_Artemis.zip) (elle contient tout ce dont on aura besoin), puis faites l'extraction vers un dossier de votre choix et ouvrez ce dossier(vous aurez 4 fichiers dedans).
2-Installez le programme (WST_v4.2.2_Setup).
3-L'appareil doit être connecté à l'ordinateur ( icône verte ActiveSync sur la barre des tâches) avec une autre puce SIM dedans.
4-Lancez (Wizard Service Tool), clic <Enab. RAPI + Unsigned Apps> en premier puis <Repair IMEI> ensuite entrez le nouvel IMEI:355046015665718 (Notez l'ancien IMEI avant de mettre le nouveau, on en aura besoin après).
5-Lancez (SIM_Unlock), et attendez un moment, et quand le programme vous demande un fichier Key (fichier de type .unl), sélectionnez "xxx.unl", et attendez encore que l'appareil redémarre tout seul.
6-Lancez (Wizard Service Tool), clic <Repair IMEI> et remettre votre ancien IMEI.
