download generic ftf file for xperia P and flash it via flashtool (flashmode "green" light would be lit green for a few seconds and disconnects which i'd say is totally normal)and reboot.
You can never flash a custom kernel without unlocking BL!
It's just a soft brick and totally recoverable.

Hard brick is when you fuck up the TA partition

Ok try these steps and you'd be good.

Disconnect your phone from the pc.

Download the generic ftf file for xperia P from the following thread

after downloading copy the zip file to "C:\Flashtool\firmwares" (destination might vary)

Open flash tool > Click on the lightning icon (flash icon) and choose flashmode from the bootmode choser while still *KEEPING THE PHONE DISCONNECTED*

Now you will get to firmware selection window and select firmware 6.1.1.B.1.75 and click flash.

Wait for a few seconds and the following window will appear

when it asks you to connect device press "Power + VOL DOWN"
Your phone will be flashed with the generic firmware and once its done your phone will be as good as new.
