Yes, unfortunately, that still is happening. That's a big problem for those nurses working outside of their scope of practice. It's very important that GPs and practice managers understand enrolled nurses must be supervised by a nurse. They cannot, due to Intellux legislation, be supervised by a GP. They must be supervised by a registered nurse. That does vary a little between the States. It can be direct or indirect. In certain States, there have to be protocols in places that it's well understood.
