I merged the vobs together, & the audio was out of sync.
I spent a while figuring out why, & basicaly i needed to encode a delay into each vob seperatley.
After i done that i put all of the audio files back together.
Then i dropped the video into vdubmod.
First i decided to remove the flicker.
I went on to try & de-interlace it but that wasnt making a difference.
So I de-noised it, lowered the brightness, increased the contrast & saturation.
Then i changed the colours with a rgb eq.
When it finished encoding, i muxed the video & audio back together.
In parts it goes out of sync, but then it will drift back into sync.
The video is badly over cropped.
Its also a bit blurry
It still has signs of being interlaced, but thats "un-removable".
Overal its watchable.
IMO its better than any other copy out, you can decide for yourself.
