Click on your profile picture or initials at the top right corner and select "Settings." In the Settings menu, select the "Background & Filters" tab. Under the "Virtual Backgrounds" section, you will see the option "Blur." Click on it. The background will now blur, keeping you in focus. During a Zoom Meeting: Join or start a Zoom meeting. Once in the meeting, click the upward arrow (^) next to the "Stop Video" button in the bottom left corner. Choose "Choose Virtual Background" or "Choose Video Filter." Select "Blur" from the options available. Your background will now be blurred while you stay in focus. On Mobile (iOS/Android): Open the Zoom app and join or start a meeting. Tap on the screen to reveal the meeting controls. Tap "More" (three dots) in the bottom right corner. Select "Virtual Background." Tap on "Blur" to apply the blur effect to your background.
