Need help to select a phone for 20k

Guys i need to buy a mobile phone. My budget is 20k-25k
I'm looking for these features

decent camera preferably with autofocus
front video call cam
HSDPA

can some one help me out?

phones i've considered - Nokia 5230, SE Hazel, SE X8, Nokia C5

i'm open to suggestions

SE X8 is better than others, coz nokia 5230 havn't any secondary camera, and SEX8 have android OS tooo..

coz in gsmarena it doesn't mention it....

No machan,X8 hasn't front cam, but Android make phone great, you can put thousand of Android apps ,
