I'll tell you what company.... you work for the government of Sri Lanka under the ass wife place called the TRC who implements idiotic regulations using the current governments short term thinking brain heads... For some bandwidth is not something that people can put a cap on.

I'm wish and hope for a virus that will utilize international bandwidth when infected using various random links. Which will work when PC is idle. So this capping problem becomes a technical war. *hint* *hint* *idea*
