I have installed a 2 port esata and ide with a pci VIA Technologies, Inc. VT6421 IDE RAID Controller ...........

This is not some magic guys ....

Anyway how much was the pci usb raid card and the 4-port hub (any cheap ebay links, post here)? You obviously didn't solder the via chip in to the PCB, did you?

Specially, i need that 4-port hub ... coz i have one idle usb header on the mother board

And the circuit wires you have used... did you use special ones or the ones available for 5 rupees per 1m ? Did you check the resistance?
