13 and its original : 13 Tzameti

The usual case of hollywood remake fucking up a good movie is true here as well despite the pretty heavy cast it has. What is unusual is that this time the fuck up is done by the same guy who made the original!!
13 Tzameti is a noir movie filmed in black and white and is a low budet flick. However, the camera work and the actors keep the suspense going and keep the movie very real.
The remake of cause is in full color and has guys like Mickey Rourke, Ray Winstone and Jason Statham but its just not keeping the mood or the suspense. It had subplots going nowhere as well. Acting seemed a bit wooden too. Reason for that can be explained after watching the original as some of the scenes were directly lifted from the original so the remake actors were just copying the original.
The camera work wasnt as great in the remake too.
Watch the original, forget the remake. If you've seen the remake, suggest you watch the original as well.

My browsing speed is now fairly good comparing to the past
and torrent download speed is plummeted in significant numbers

Added I had been informed that my bandwith is limited due to high usage
Q is how come browsing working fine and not downloading ?

Is it even possible ? Is there anyway around it ?

Its called traffic shaping. Enable encryption in the torrents.

actually, they are about a week apart.. I watched the remake first and the movie was intriguing (in a bad way) that I googled it find that it is a remake.
It is a the same story twice but the difference is like reading one of those god awful Sherlock Holmes novels by mendis first and then reading its original version.

Well, they can do it in several ways. One of the easiest will be to give normal speeds for web traffic which is on ports 80 and 443 and throttle all non standard traffic, which will be the torrents.
Though a better reason maybe that your torrents has a low seeds / leechers ratio.

It is a privet tracker kos. Even with 10-20 seeds it come up to 70 Kbps early in the morning and now even with 200 seeds 5 max 6 Kbps. Im sure that is not the case

I've already tried several other torrents with great number of seeds under different trackers. No results

Lets just simply say they limited my bandwidth for both web traffic and downloading
Is there anyway to bypass the limitation ?
