Why is elakiri down half the time? (cloudflare shows up)

I usually end up seeing cloudflare caching server https://www.cloudflare.com/ used by elakiri instead seeing the elakiri home page when trying to enter elakiri.com (173.245.60.43)

..... is this because elakiri is running out of bandwidth? If so, i guess cloudfare is supposed to show us a cached web page , right? It doesn't happen. And why is it going out of bandwidth?

If that is not the problem, i guess cloudfare is interferring to elakiri due to a bug, even when the site is up. You really really need to clean this up. I'm not able to log in for hours due to this.

Nope this is mostly a dynamic site so even showing cache page will not help coz you can't interact with it. cloudflae mostly caching the static stuff.

Lot of people downloading Policiya and recently added media content with multiple connections. So few thousands of concurrent connections running now. If we had Apache it will melt the server now. Big thanks to LiteSpeed software for handling the load even though its bit slow now.
