I have a Creative SB Audigy (WDM) and I am using a microphone over Skype and gtalk.

The problem is that all the people I'm talking to can hear whatever audio output is coming from my computer. At first I thought my speakers were too close to the mic, but after unplugging the microphone completely I realized that it was just outputting whatever was on my computer. so it's not a problem of the mic..

I want to be able to output JUST MY MIC and not my cpu...

there is option to cut the voice. even if you play a song no voice only music can hear i gues may be that could be..

karala පස්සේ ඒවි mic එකත් ඔය ලිස්ට් එකට..
පස්සේ එක ටීක් කරපන්, ඊට පස්සේ ඒවි එලට..

My onboard sounds are Realtec .. but I dont use it cos Creative Audigy sounds are way better than realtec...

if I don't find a solution for this I might try to find a way to process output sounds form the audigy and mic signals from realtec ..
I don't know whether it's even possible with windows
