Is wikipedia blocked by sri lanka IP's?

After more than two weeks of my first post..... ( as far as i remember) it still doesn't work. Gosh, talking about modern world....

try to bypass ISP 's IP address by Proxy IP.

try these Ip Proxy's

IP : 217.119.30.178
Port : 8000

these IP's i think Romania or Russia

or go to http://aliveproxy.com/fastest-proxies/

this is the only answer

I also informed to customer care by Emails and calls ,they didnt care.

I think airtel is Upto some thing

wikipedia is now working on Airtel!!!!again
Hotmail window live & some othere sites are working .again
I think they fix the erroer.!!!

Problem solved, everything is working back again. Thanks air-tel for listening to their customer quarries even though it took so long.
