Just for the record, these aren't MAGIC. And of coz Bill Gates and the entire Microsoft Team knows what this is since these are implemented with a purpose.

Reason : It is true that you cannot create a folder named "CON", nor can you rename an existing folder to "CON". However, there is no mystery surrounding this restriction whatsoever. The "team" at Microsoft, has made "CON" as a reserved name making the name unavailable for us to use.

rand is a Function that will create text or paragraphs inside a word document. the first number refers to the paragraphs, while the second number refers to the sentences. So this is also a PREDEFINED and something that the Microsoft Office TEAM ITSELF made.
