looks genuine indeed but the only suspicious thing is that the account owner is listed as the domain owner as well and he's listed as staying in USA..
Thats why I requested any doctors , med students in EK to verify the case as then can easily do so since the patient is supposed to be at the national hospital under Dr. Dulip Perera, in ward number 4.
