Something to add:

Best sellers are not trusted sellers. Un ebay badu wikunala looke kaapu evun. Best sellers are private sellers with around 100-300 feedback all 100% good. their items are cheaper and good.
trusted sellers are good for small items like earphones etc. But expensive badu kavadaavath ungen ganna epa.

If there is a problem contact the seller but most of them ask for the item back. AND U SHOULD PAY the return shipping. In that case, if it is their fault, then never return on your money. OPEN A CASE with paypal or ebay. You will get full refund including postage.

Remember one thing: ebay and paypal are always with the buyer. NOT the seller.

But, yes, never open cases unnecessarily.

And buy from bidding as much as possible...they are cheaper. Esp mob phones. And always bid from monday to thursday. Other days bidding items go up little more.

If you do legally then around 1200 Rs. But for that you should go to TRC in Narahenpita and get a letter, then go to Imports Dept in Fort, pay about 500Rs and get a letter. And then go to the post dept in Fort and pay more money and get it cleared. All together around 1200-1600. For that you should wait until you get the letter from Post Dept.

Second method is to go directly to Post Dept, and there are peons and clerks who take a bribe of around 1500 for a cheap phone and get it for you. They will start asking for 5000 first but you have to bargain.
