no need of PP payment info after the phone came and if it got stopped then go to custom then they will open it and write something on your paper and give then go to TRC office with photocopies (papers and your ID) then you can get the TRC approval within few minutes. I think you have to pay Rs.1500 or something Previously I had to pay it before 2 or 3 months but now no idea about the price then take thee approval and go back to foreign mail exchange and they will tax you about Rs.500 and give the phone.

First you need to go to Foreign mail exchange then only you can go to TRC.
