hi you might need to regress back to the reason which cause you to think like that. this might be when you are a little boy. if there is nothing wrong with your physical body, then the case might be with your mind. to make the long story short, try to contact a hypnotist. there should be a reason why your mind think like this

if what you want is to stay free from attractions , best way is to try a psychological solution....contact a good psychologist, he might help you to stay away from attraction......attraction is occurred in mind not in your balls.

what balls do is they support you to have sex when you get the feelings from your brain.
so, if you want to stay away from feelings, you have to remove your brain not your balls

what I feel machan you need to get rid of female attraction, isn't it? But the method you selected is NOT a cure for that, as u clearly indicated you need not to be a transgender. But macho, if you remove your testicles, it will remove your testosterone which make male characteristics in your body & ultimately u may end up in transgender position. Your issue is psychological. Not physical. removing the testicles will not solve it. Consult a psychologist. Also consider doing meditation.
