Deeply regretting for not getting this one at the first time :S

even after giving some thougtht to totoro, I now admit that it's a wonderful film.
Cinema Paradiso
bloody good film, it caught me off guard, and the last part was one bittersweet hour, and it's after sometime that I rated a film 10/10
No wonder so many people have cried watching this film
Ps; feels as if I didn't say enough about this film, Right now I'm a mess lol. if you ever seen wild strawberries, this film on par with that, A match I nevr thought I'd find. it stir up the feeling of loss, nostalgia at the same time of something happy, it makes you look back at things in your life and help you make your peace with some bitter facts. I wonder what it would be like to see this film and wild strawberries as an older person. I really have no words to describe the sense of calmness this film brought, it makes you love things for what they are.
anyway there's Wild Strawberries, and Cinema Paradiso then a few good miles behind there's UP which sort of gave me the same feeling, it's a little Gem within it own context.

Ask him to give you something which is funny and having a good story at the same time

Teen comedies are inevitably dumb, if you watch them be prepare to overlook the dumbness and enjoy them for what they are. and then there are smart comedies and dark comedies.

but there's a lot of good comedies with no teens in themyou are clear talking out of your ass, there are a huge stack of pure comical films with no good plot.
