Initially its the same.....but genetics decides what we do with these orgasms. For example some memories are stored for long term and others are short term...all decided by pathways in your nervous system.

remember were all initially female and then the hormones decide our genitals. so if there is a mess up during that change, were going to have different characteristics. Works for both genders...
