The German tuning company MR Car Design has released this Volkswagen Eos for the girls out there looking to hook up their ride. This “Girlz Style” kit goes over the top with Swarovski rose colored stones outlining the wheels which have been wrapped in Dunlop tires. Behind the rims you will find pink painted brake calipers, while a unique suspension package drops the VW Eos up to 50 mm. Under the hood is a 1,400cc turbocharged powerplant that connects to a new pressure-optimized stainless steel exhaust system holding 85 mm tips.
With the modification of the exhaust unit, The Volkswagen Eos now produces 28 more horsepower and 50 Nm of torque. This is achieved by the free-flowing design that does not restrict the exhaust as much as the OEM piece. Inside the girly VW Eos are new gauges for the oil pressure and turbo boost, along with buttons “PushToPass” and “Sports” for that extra power burst. A new shift knob and pedals were taken from a Volkswagen Golf GTI to give it a more sporty feel. Final touches to complete this Volkswagen Eos for the girls is a complimentary make-up kit and extra vanity mirror.

At the 41st Tokyo Motor Show, Subaru and Toyota have partnered together to release the Toyota FT-86 Concept. Both companies will produce their own versions of the car, but right now they are sticking with the Toyota name.
It should launch at the end of 2011 and will be powered by a naturally aspirated 2.0-liter four cylinder engine. Sporting a rear wheel drive, the Toyota FT-86 Concept car shows performance numbers of 146 hp and 190 Nm of torque.
Hopefully there will be a turbocharger available for those tuning enthusiasts wanting extra power for their Toyota or Subaru. Delivering maximum driving performance will be a 6-speed manual transmission, and the affordable sports car will be priced around $20,000 USD.
Designed to appear low with a wide aggressive look, the Toyota FT-86 dimensions are 4160mm long, 1760mm wide, and 1260mm tall. This sporty stance should give the driver excellent handling since it is a light weight car.
Toyota is hoping the new FT-86 will revive their sport car sales from previous disappointments like the MR2 and Celica. Original plans show the Toyota would weigh in around 960kg, however new safety requirements will make them add extra weight to meet the 1200kg mark.
