IPHONE 4S OR GALAXY S 2 ?? :(

Galaxy S2 has only 480 x 800 pixels with 217 ppi pixel density, but iPhone 4 or 4S has 640 x 960 pixels with 330 ppi pixel density

So iPhones running games in much higher resolution than galaxy s2.

And in the same time game developers port games to different OS in different ways optimizing for the performance of the operating system and performance of its devices. As example you can get GPU advantage and show better graphics on iphone 4S while you not allowing those effects in other not so capable devices. So some games might show good fps in old Nokia's same like new androids or ios. You can't benchmark hardware performance by running the same game on 2 systems. You have to use a benchmark tool.

Agree bro, but just think for a while ! iphone 4s will cost around 95,000 and the GS2 Is around 65,000 ! but in gs2 There are more features than the Iphone 4s.Iphone 4s got a VGA Front cam while GS2 got a 2mpx front cam ! Ive used iphone 4 before.In any case if we gotta change the battery on iphone 4S It will cost around at least 5000 and if the iphone's battery is onced replaced the phone wont stay alive for a long time.I mean lots of problems will come ,signals problems and etc.In that case sg2 is better for wat we are paying ! And both are dual cores ,HD Games can run smoothly in both I guess ur correct whn comparing to the batch mark thing.But for the personal use SG2 Is better iphone is also good but for the Sellin price SG2 worths more ! and the SIRI Is not workin to here.Its workin perferctly to the usa and its useless to here i guess so paying 30000 more for the iphone 4s is a useless thing just fr a bit graphical things Dont u think so ?

You can buy lot cheaper phone with all the essential features of these phones. Who wants a top end cutting edge phone for negligible performance increase in daily use. You may say i need Dual core chip to play games. But other phones also play the same games with a fraction of the cost you pay. You can buy the best VGA card in the world for the difference and fix it to your PC.

When you come to the top end it's not about bang for the buck.

Since you are asking about the speed.

Iphone 4S is lot faster than Galaxy S2 with a big margin.
Even though it has 800Mhz de tuned A5, the better GPU chip and software make it way faster than S2. Check bench marks.
Android 4.0 ice cream sandwich might improve java script performance in S2 but still iphone 4s will win in other areas.

I never thought you will make such a comment. Apple GPU can be better. yet it runs iOS on a 800MHz A5 chip. On run time it cannot even multi-task. Android is capable of multi-tasking. GPU can be better I agree. but CPU vs CPU + Iphone is a toy !

But provided facts, I can show with trusted facts since I have used both. What you can get out of both. I use a Xperia Device. 1GHz Scorpien Proc. What proformence issues are you talking about in android?
