change peotv router to smc router??

guys i got this ZTE 4port crappy router from slt when i purchas peotv last december promotion.. so they have replaced my SMC 4port wifi router with their shit.. can I configr smc router to make peotv work with it?? SLT buggers asked me to pay 500RS for that

it needs to be a bridged connection and an ethernet port without dhcp active on it and a separate vlan for it as well.

i can't find a way to activate without Dhcp for differnet vlan..

if your router has vlan facility, you can set it up.
Set one Vlan for 3 of the 4 ports and use it for the internet ATM connection. Set a second vlan for the 4th port and use it for the peoTV ATM connection.
