I couldn't find big different both of that.
The Neo V has big screen and the Functions both are same. If you need big screen go Neo V if not I'd like to recommend Xperia Mini pro. It's really nice stuff.

I'm using a Xperia Arc S. it's pretty good if you use carefully you can keep the battery for 2 days without any problem. using wifi,packet data will drain the battery quickly. brillient 8MP camera. very responsive. overall i'm saying go for it

Arc and Arc S both have a problem in light sensor area,lil crack will appear after few weeks of using and it will develop big.This is what I read in most sites machan.So other than that Arc S is a great phone
