yes indeed...

IMHO, i think going for a big high end camera is useless..
alll you need is a camera with a decent sensor..
definitely dont need to go for a big ass 20mp camera..
let's face it, we never gonna print those photos in 10-15feet poster are we ?. so no point of big ass mega pixels...

with a decent camera, you have to invest big on lenses..
camera models, features change every 6months or so.. even less nowadays
but good lens you can use for a lifetime

i've seen reviews of lenses that are over 100yrs old, but still give out stunning pictures on normal dslr's..

yes,
8mm to 15mm wide angel (fish eye), 50mm f1.4 or f1.8, and a telephoto fast lens with 200mm-300mm would be awesome
fast 50mm is a must have

to own a good lens collection you have to spend x2 or x3 times of what you spend on camera itself

macro lens are quite expensive..I have 18-55mm lens with Nikon D3100..but it is actually nothing when some shots we have to take..and dad doesn't give me that coz he is not sure abt me

and I use fuji finepix S9600 kind of old camera but it has 28-300mm lens..only thing I love, its lens..but now it doesn't give good quality on images

ya.. it's easy with a bridge cam for both wide angel, and telephoto shoots
but you have to compromise the image quality and the creativity

you cant go crazy with a fixed lens cams
