There is no private real campus in Srilanka most of them offer foreign degrees.
They are more like private colleges. (the college is an American term which simply means an organization which provides higher education but instead of implementing their own syllabus they work as henchman under another higher education institute which has already implemented their own own syllabus). so at end of the course you got a degree of that above mentioned university. it's a win - win situation for both parties you get your degree in cheap price and they got their money. but you need to concern about the quality of the middle faction. they can easily manipulate the entire process without letting you know. you never know their hidden agenda.
