according to Srilankan law marital rapes are allowed in Srilankan jurisdiction if the couple is not divorced legally. which means basically you can rape ur wife, husband without getting u into a trouble.

you can't assume, generalize everything and everyone different people have different kind of testates. that's why the law is so clear about its verses. and sexual abuse is not just relevant to females, males can be raped too.
