edit: dont' un-install kies if you do it'll remove the usvb drivers as well. what you have to do is kill kies while you are runnign Odin. and also remove all other usb devices except the mouse and keyboard.

there are no buses in the OS they are on the road

jokes aside there is no OS or a program which is bugless/bug free and stop saying it's the best in the world. One of the best but not 'the best'. And if you are using an Old version of android don''t blame the OS upgrade to a newer version and see the difference and if that won't satisfy you then choose a different Mobile OS
