Most of the controversial philosophers are often pegged as psychopaths. On other angle , He is a psychopath so he had seen the world differently which is my point of view, is more accurate.
Think for a while if someone preach "Your cast depends on how you behave" in the era that cast discrimination at its best. Wouldn't he be on the same boat of psychopath in the eyes of the society ?

psychopaths doesnt see the world differently, they just dont have any care or conscience on how they act on ALL of society. Basically, they consider everyone and everything exists for their amusement.
Dunno much about philosophers but I doubt any are considered to be psychopaths. Probably considered as lunatics or eccentric but hardly psychopaths.
PS:- Bringing the best lines and plots is the way of replenishing his lack of physical fitness and weirdness. Which in Bane's case , I suspect , no need of.

Joker is physically fit.He's got extrmely fast reaction times.Batman is often caught off guard with his punches. Weirdness is already there in terms of look, his white skin and green hair are not makeup.
Bane uses his brains the most. Uses his fists when he needs to, either to show that he's superior or as self defence.
