It is a post-apocalyptic TV show which lasted 2 seasons with a total of 29 episodes. The story revolves around a small town called Jericho which is one of the surviving towns after 23 nuclear explosions in 23 major cities in the US. Cut out from the world with no information on what is going on beyond their beloved town, the people struggles to survive with the leadership of the mayor and his two sons while trying to expose the conspiracy that took down USA with an undercover CIA operative who was involved in the nuclear attacks and has one of the nukes hidden in the town.
