machan this is the scene, as we all know pp doesn't allow withdrawals in Sl. but we wll know there are lot of guys who use accounts from different country's & link them to debit cards to withdraw through atms. THIS IS ILLEGAL. i know it is unfair machan but as per our fiscal policy we need to have a record of all remittances & payments to maintain the bop (balance of payments) it is a very bigger picture machan & ppl who just wanna get the money in their accounts doesn't c it. we all c it as only withdrawing some funds through a foreign registered pp account but believe me there are people who withdraw millions like this every day. so this affects the country's financial stability & BOP. I work for CBSL. this was restriction was bought lately through BSD. all what i can say is machn there will be more restrictions on this scene until PP comes to Sl. but its gonna be a long process cos pp transactions contributes a major share in bop in the countries where they have it so a lot of legal & fiscal work to do.. but trust me.. things will get better soon..
