Private uni in Sri Lanka (Important)

No need of sectors like gov or private etc..
i think there should be a loan system with scholarships.

1. Everyone will get the right to learn for free under gov loan if they meet the minimum requirements.
2. Loan will be deducted from salary when they work in some company or government institution. It will be deducted automatically.
3. If you perform well or have highest marks etc.. then you will get free scholarship % from loan. Like 1/2 off, 1/4 off or fully free.
4. You can't leave the country and work somewhere else without paying the loan, either you have to fully settle the loan or make arrangement with overseas company to pay the loan from your salary.

That's all.

Then there will be no problem like government universities or private blah blah.
No problem about quality standards, special money allocation to education etc..

also bank loans, specially from government banks. Need to institute smaller campuses of Government Unis for free and for money, in all major cities just like higher educational institutes today, which will cater student through out the country and help reduce congestion in hostels. Which can be allocated to highest ranking students.

As time goes universities can run by them self from loan paying students. No need of fund arrangements from government.

No more low payments for lectures, better facilities. And no more lazy unupdated university lectures too.

no need to have sophisticated uni at every city, only a building with several halls for lectures, like SLIIT and NIBM so students can go for lectures in their home cities and visit the main uni for special purposes. So more people could attained lectures thus easing the pressure in A/L while dedicated R&D in present capacities at universities by putting the best people (high rankers) their.
