ADSL shit slow :@

I already exceeded my 25gb limit and now its slow but as they said in the contract they only reduce speed up to 64kb and now im only gettn maximum 10 kB i called and complaint also no use , anyone else out their having the same issue?

64 kbps means 64 kilo bits per second so 64/8 =8
