HNB Rs 10 ගානේ කෙලී

මම අද මුල් වතාවට මගේ සම්පත් බැංකුවේ ATM card එකෙන් සල්ලි ගත්තේ. 10000/- ක් ගත්ත. phone එකක් ගන්න. බැලන්ස් එකත් බලාගන්න එක්කම බිලකුත් print කරල ගත්ත. පස්සෙ SMS එකක් ආව 10005/- ක් කපා ගත්ත කියල. ඒ බිලක් ගත්තු නිසාද ? මම අදමයි සල්ලි ගත්තෙ ඒකෙන්

I work at DFCC Vardhana Bank.. There they dont even charge when withdrawing from ATM... And you can even withdraw money from Sampath, PABC, NTB ATMs without charging a cent.

DFCC Bank not charge any amount for withdraw from counter either ATM.. Its totally free..

yep ICICI bank account holders also can withdraw from any Visa ATM's free of charge ... but you have to maintain their minimum account balance

there is a penalty charge of rs 10 if the customer does not bring the passbook for an over the counter withdrawal, this is done to discourage NON PASSBOOKS withdraws due to the risk such transactions poses.

work in a bank and see macho, the issues we have to handle daily coz of the carelessness of the customer then you'll get it..

yes machan that penalty thing is fair and I'd happily pay that. I'll try to take a photo of the notice next monday or so - that sign didn't mention anything about the passbooks.

HNB කියන්නේ මමත් ආසම නැති බැංකුවක්. ඔකේ ඉන්න එවුන් අපි බැංකුවට සල්ලි දාන්න ගියත් ලොකු ලයින් දෙන්නේ.
අනික ඕක දෙමළුන්ටයි, තම්බින් ටයි අදින බැංකුවක්. ඔකේ යනවා පැතුම් විමන කියල එකක්. ඔකේ දිනුම් අදින තෑගි වලින් වටිනා තෑගි ඔක්කොම යන්නේ මුස්ලිම් අයටයි, දෙමල අයටයි. මොකක් හරි හොරයක් තියෙනවා, අන්න ඒ හින්දයි මට ඕක එපා උනේ. මමත් ආණ්ඩුවේ NSB එකේ තමයි සල්ලි දාන්නේ දැන්.

I have HNB and BOC Visa cards; can anybody clearly tell me which are the banks which have ATMS where I can withdraw from my cards without any charges?
Also i want to know which banks charge lowest for ATM withdrawals from ATM cards of other banks? (Less than the Rs.60 odd that is usualy charged).
