Worst Airline to fly. Seats are fixed not adjustable. Seats are worse than other budget airlines, but they serve the middle class. There is a marketing flaw, because accountants are doing marketing. No wonder the airlines makes losses. Stupid management does not know which routes to keep, there are not much connection to Asean Countries, Australia or New Zealand. The airlines focuses on Indian market. So most of its connections are to middle east. When the name was Air Lanaka it was better airline than Sri Lankan Airways which is crap now.
