Toshiba L300 laptop cooling fan

I cleaned my Toshiba L300 laptop cooling fan. After that when starting cooling fan runs for few seconds and stop. Is this normal? I don't know how it works before the cleaning. Can somebody advise me please.

yes bro, this is normal. it will turn on, when the processor reach to the heating temperature.

In Youtube you get a video how to remove cooling unit. I separated the cooling unit and using blower and a paint brush removed all dust.
