review my weigth lifting routine :)

body type- endomorph
metabolism - low
resting heart rate 80-85 bpm
my goal- reduce bodyfat % between 10-15%,gain lean muscle mass,improve my strength,having a balanced and functional body

Following is the routine i recently started following
frequency-3 days per week full body (and 2-3 days cardio+abs)
time - 40 min (i workout in early morning)
Rest- 30-40 seconds

warmup 5 min
-Barbell squat (3 sets 8 reps)
-Barbell deadlift (3 sets 8 reps)
-Barbell bench press (3 sets 8 reps)
-Decline pushups (8 reps)
-Barbell military press (3 sets 8 reps)
-Widegrip pullups (5 reps)
-Barbell upright row (3 sets 8 reps)
-Barbell Bent over row (3 sets 8 reps)
warmdown 5 min

machanla me routine eka gana umbalage adahas kiahalla....:yes:

    3 day full body routine ekak thamai machan me :)

    Sry I mean each day for a specific area of the body. one day triceps and biceps other day chest so on. and take a day rest after 3 days. then your routine is 6 days and 2 rests in 8 days! got it ? that was my earlier shedule :rolleyes:
