At WSO2 you have to work along nobody going to give any advice how to work or anything... Its a bit different from other companies and another thing there is no leave limit if you want to take a leave you have sent a mail to all the employees in the company.. This might be a problem when you take lots of leaves

Calcey is also a good company

that might be difficult for new developers, but for seasoned developers who has worked for long could handle their work independently. About leave you are correct, even they can come any time go anytime even can work at home but work has to be done properly on time or else it will affect to the appraisals in big time

Sirawata.. i have been there couple of time, they was client of previous company... unge salary ehema pissu hadenawa.... nikan SE kenek refer kalot 10 wage labenawa.. architect kenek refer karala recruit kalot 1k or 2k hamba wenawa
