i have few friends are working there.. Most of them started their careers IFS and do not want to leave it

Actually I'm already looking for outside opportunities and 4 years is an absolute max to stay there.

Since you got 4 years experience you could try some place as SSE with a good salary

exactly after you got married you need some a flexible environment and you cannot change jobs as you want So job security and stability is a paramount. By that time we should atleast get settled somewhere which suits us and we suit there.
