01. Salary & Package (Allowances, Bonuses etc) - 8/10 . As far as I know there is no fixed salary structure. If you perform well, you will definitely get rewarded for it.

02. Benefits (Trips, Free Food and snack,) - 8/10. Yearly trip, year end party, monthly/bi monthly team outings, free dinner/transports if working after 8pm, health insurance.

03. Working Environment (Facilities at office like GYM and office furniture) - 7/10 . All basic facilities available + Bean bags, Couch, fish tank, parking

04. Work Difficulty(Hard, Stressful, Late nights) - 7/10 Flexible working hours. Usually 9-5 but will have to put extra effort when there are tight deadlines. Work + life balance is considered.

05. Work Type(Interesting, New things to learn, boring) - 10/10 . Always dealing with the bleeding edge tech and frameworks. Lots to learn. Lots of interesting stuff to work on. Product based company.

06. Office Culture (Staff and co workers friendliness, flexibility of management) - 10/10 Open culture, flat structure. No politics. Small team. Apart from work there are some cool stuff like weekly LAN gaming nights.
