I can vouch for the hybrid figures because I own one. It's a pretty good car if you check the hybrid battery condition before buying.

I bought it unregistered with 24000km in Japan. But you can pay rs 4300 for the test and get it checked from Stafford. It's called IMA/Powertrain test. Note that Civic hybrid battery can get messed up if the vehicle is not used for one month straight. So this is why doing the test is important if the car sat in a vehicle lot for long.
My importer gives 3 year warranty for the hybrid battery. If you are buying a hybrid, it's better to get with this warranty.
