Download XINPUT1_3.dll from the net. Put it into your game directory. For example if you have the game in C:\Game then put file in there. Now run the game. It will work.

NOTE: Its a direct X issue. But if you are running a latest windows version you should always have the updated direct x which should be compatible with most games. Anyway be sure to check the game's directx requirements with your directx version. Most of the time there is no point updating directx. I have tried it number of times without any success. So just download the dll file put it inside the game directory and we are good. If one file doesn't work try another one. That's the only way.

    Try this link : http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?xinput1_3

DirectX update wenne na ne ban error enwwa 8.1 windows

As I said you can't update DirectX like you do in Windows XP. You can't just download and install directX in windows 8.1. In Windows 8.1 direct X normally gets updated via a major Windows Update. The DirectX version comes with Windows 8.1 already updated to be compatible with most major games so there is absolutely no point in trying to update it separately. What you are trying is useless.:dull:

If you like you can try the method I said. Its practical and worked for me. Or you can keep trying to update Direct X over and over again. Better luck with that
