මොකක්ද මේ Dual OS. Dual Boot ගැන නම් ඔබ බොහෝ දෙනෙක් මේ වන විට අසා ඇති. Dual Boot යනු පරිගණකයක මෙහෙයම් පද්ධති දෙකක් ස්ථාපිත කර ඇති විට පරිගණකය ආරම්භයේ දී තමන් කැමති මෙහෙයුම් පද්ධතිය තෝරාගැනීමට ඇති හැකියාවයි. නමුත් Dual OS කියන්නේ පරිගණකය හෝ ජංගම දුරකථනය පණගන්වා ඇති විට එක එක මෙහෙයුම් පද්ධති අතර මාරු වීමට ඇති හැකියාවයි. හිතන්න ඔබ ඔබේ ජංගම දුරකථනයේ Android මෙහෙයුම් පද්ධතිය මත සිටින විට ඔබට අවශ්‍ය නම් Windows මෙහෙයුම් පද්ධතිය වෙත එක බටනයක් එබීමෙන් ක්ෂණිකව මාරු වීමේ හැකියාව ඇත්නම්.

Asus සමාගම විසින් නිපදවූ Asus Transformer Book Duet පරිගණකය එසේ මෙහෙයුම් පද්ධති 2ක් අතර තත්පර කිහිපයක් ඇතුලත මාරූ වීමට හැකියාව ඇති පරිගණකයක්. ඒ වගේම එය Tablet පරිගණකයක් ලෙසින්ද භාවිත කළ හැක.Haswell CPU Core i7 ප්‍රොසෙසරයකින් පණගැන්වෙන මේ පරිගණකයේ අභ්‍යන්කර මතකය 64GB සිට 1TB දක්වා ලබා ගත හැකිය. ධාරිතාවය වැඩි වන්නට වන්නට ඔබට වෙනම Keyboard එකක් සහිත කවරයක් මිලදී ගැනීමට සිදුවන අතර ඒ මඟින් අමතර port (USB, HDMI) කිහිපයකටද ඉඩ විවර වේ.

මාධ්‍ය හමුව අවසාන වීමෙන් තහවුරු වුයේ තවදුරටත් Intel පරිගණක අධාරක උපාංග නිපදවනවා වෙනුවට නව හවුල්කරුවන් සම්බන්දකරගනිමින් හා නව උපාංග ලොවට හදුන්වාදෙමින් තම උන්නතිය උදෙසා කටයුතු කිරීම ආරම්භ කර ඇති බවයි. මාධ්‍ය හමුව පවත්වනු ලැබුවේ Intel ප්‍රධාන විධායක නිලධාරියා වන Brian Krzanich විසිනුයි.
