yes
for GORD you can take omeprazole 20mg bd (or 40mg nocte)
with domperidone 10mg tds for around 6wks
also there are some syrups you can take (gaviscon syrup 2 tsp tds)
if the symptoms persists you can do a Upper GI endoscopy for a definitive diagnosis
but it's better if u can meet a doctor 1st

sometimes it may work sometimes not
