CCTV NEWS reported, Local time July 17, a Quanzhou citizen received grievous news that his baby had passed away, aged just 10 days. The citizen said that the hospital mishandled the incubator’s temperature, which was so high that the baby was roasted to death. Quanzhou city children's hospital think that the baby died of an infection. Currently, Quanzhou department of health is holding an investigation.

The doctors and nurses are all gone, and the surveillance tapes all have been deleted. It’s obvious that the temperature of incubator was too high and the baby’s back was burned.
