Commercial Bank of Sri Lanka is performing Sharia Rules

As we have commenced an awareness among the Sinhalese people about the decision by certain Banks to be Shari'a compliant and has requested them to withdraw their accounts held with such banks,people are now taking action to cancel and withdraw their accounts from these Shari'a Banks. The campaign has taken some of them to withdraw from these banks in protest of the Banks decision to introduce Islamic Banking units where a separate set of monetary rules guide the holders of Shari'a accounts and all others being subjected to regulations and penalties as per the guidelines issued by the Government of Sri Lanka through Central Bank.
The decision to withdraw intensified as we highlighted the influence and interference by granting the management (govern) of such Shari'a units by members appointed to the Banks board by All Ceylon Jamiyyathul Ulama (ACJU) members(Islamic scholars). This is a serious violation of all accepted monetary regulations and rules imposed by the Central Bank on other financial institutes where outsiders are barred from the management of Bank activities as they are considered as matters of high confidentiality.
In Sri Lanka there is one law governing the financial sector. The Government and the monetary board of the Central Bank has betrayed the 91% of non-Muslim communities by accepting a religious concept granting special privileges to a specific minority community, thus creating an fundamental error and depriving others, who are the majority, their rights granted under the Constitution.  Â
We have done our best to get the attention of the leaders of the Government without any luck. They have betrayed the non-Muslim community that consists 91% of the total population with who's money they make profits by proving loans and obtaining interest. Granting Islamic Shari'a compliance in the financial sector must be considered as another giant step by Muslims in their pursuit to conquer our motherland with their other sinister projects such as Halal, Shari'as Quasi Courts, Islamic dress code, Shari'a marriage laws, and propagating the Arabic language and culture here in this Buddhist land. Â
The intention of this mail from me is to educate you all about the danger of these idiotic authorization by the Government and to educate you to convince to reject the banks that have complied with Shari'a banking and get them withdrawn in protest. Please do alert this to all your family and dear friends here in Sri Lanka, who most probably are not aware of all these due to their busy schedules.
In the meantime I must also emphasize that under the Constitution of SL, in the 2nd Chapter under Article 9, Buddhism is granted the foremost place and the State is also made responsible to protect and foster the Buddha Sasana. See how it's being adhered to the very words!!!!

Shira bank cannot go bankrupt easly compared to conventional bank. Racist buddist are bunch of idiots. Sharia banks not only comply with Islam,but also complies this Bible too. Bible also forbid taking interest. Check the Cristians and Jews. Jews allways flout God's law. Islamic bankng is here to stay.
Sri Lankan Airlines gets money from Islamic loans. Where as Sri Lanka is dependent on Middle East and Chinese fund. You cannot export to Middle East and Muslim world without Halal certificates.
Buddism is not a religion it is a philosophy. Islam is the way of Life. It is governed with rules and regulation. Your boycott will drown Sinhala business not Muslims. We Muslims are 26% of global population.Chinese are more atheist than buddist. Japanese are shinto. There is only few buddist countries , like thailand, Sri lanka, Vietnam , Cambodia,South Korea, Myanmar. Rest of the coutries are athiest. Sri Lanaka is part of UN, it has to follow UN rules and british legal system. There can never be change to this system with idiot buddist ideology. Economy of this country will collapse. Thanks for sharing the article. Yup bro we don't need Islamic banking here. I mean Banking is just banking. It should neither be Islmaic banking nor Buddhist type banking. It should be regulated by the government and not by a so called religion group. Till recent Muslim People used conventional banking system in Sri lanka without any doubt. But our government has given approval for Islamic banking just because of the Ulama group. Now the Ulama group will regulate and control the Islamic banking sections of Local banks. Guess who make the profits from it.
Islamic banking is Same like Halal logo, if one company starts using it others will follow because of the profit motive and the Competition. And Now moderate Muslims in our country will also have to follow it because, if not they will get accused most probably for not following their religion. This is what happens when Ulama group has mixed the religion with banking. Whoever the one who gave approval for Islamic banking in Sri lanka is a total dumb ass.

Business is for a niche market not for a majority only. Sampath bank is bankrupt that is why it is issueing 60 Billon Rs of debentures. Those who take interest only consuming its Capital.That is why banks are collapsing. Another Pramuka in making. Do you why Central banks asked conventional banks to merge. Because of its loses.
