ඕනෙම හොද කොම්පැනියක් එකෙට ඉස්සෙල්ලම එන එකට උන්ගේ ඔක්කොම සෝස් කෝඩ් එක අල්ලන්න දෙන්නේ නැහැ, එහෙම වෙන්නේ උනුත් එක්ක විශ්වාසය හදාගන්න ඕනේ. එකට ඉතින් ටික කාලයක් යනවා එතකොට තමයි උබට ගොඩක් සංකීරණ දේවල් ඉගන ගන්න ලැබෙන්නේ. ඉතින් එක නිසා පොඩ්ඩක් හිතල බලපන් මම කියන එක බොරුද කියල...

Screw the source code machan. They are shitty code most of the time anyway.
If you need experience, hop in to open source development. You'll meet lots of real "waddo" there and everyone's trying to make the software a better one.
Get your name in some important commits and you can land a great job in no time.

Yes this is 100% sure.I like to add some more to this bro.I worked for 6 months at a mid level company.While i'm working there i contributed to a open source .NET project on codeplex.And as well as to a popular .Net CMS.So i was a active member there.Subsequently i directly applied to Directfn with my 6 months experience.But at that time i haven't completed the degree.Although they offered me the job as ASE with a 40,000 salary.So this is the real situation.As well as don't forget to keep a good online reputation.Best site for that is Stackoveflow.Most of the time you can reveal your peogramming ability with Stackoveflow profile.So good luck.Finally don't forget to go for a company with pleasant people not only for the salary.Otherwise within several months you'll start to shame on whole IT industry.So decision is on your hands
