onmybikedrunk 19 minutes agoI suffer from the now WELL KNOWN SLI flickering, and my frame rates while under SLI have dropped about 20 FPS. The game is now officially broken on my top of the line, bleeding edge rig.
I just did a fresh Win 8.1 x64 install a week ago and with a VERY fresh, virgin system (5960X, 2 x GTX 980 in SLI, Asus X99 Deluxe, and 32GB of DDR4) the game was running beautifully. THEN I INSTALLED PATCH 4. S&^T! F%$K! MOTHER F*&^#R! I can't believe it! YOU BROKE THE GAME!
If this was a one off for Ubisoft, or at minimum an uncommon occurrence, fine. I get it. I understand that creating a game that runs smoothly on PC's with endless component possibilities is very hard to do... BUT this, THIS is ridiculous!
Anyone with SLI, WARNING WARNING! DO NOT DOWNLOAD PATCH 4! Once again Ubisoft has run off with our (us, the suckers), OUR money! There will be no refunds, no free game next release... AT BEST they'll give you Uplay points? Say what? WTF am I gonna do with a Uplay point? Can that buy me a different game or wipes to clean my 13month old's ass? Nope.
F you Ubisoft. You got my money for the last time.
