World’s Deepest Swimming Pool
The pool, which opened in June 2014, is located inside the Hotel Terme Millepini, in the small Italian town of Montegrotto Terme.
The deepest ! and scariest !! pool on the planet. The Y-40 Deep Joy Pool reaches a jaw-dropping depth of 40 metres / 137 ft . That’s equivalent to a 12-storey building.
It holds 4300 cubic metres of water, and you don’t have to worry about it being freezing in the depths below; it’s regulated at 32-34 degrees celsius.
When it opened on 5 June 2014, it was awarded the "Deepest Swimming Pool for Diving" by the Guinness World Records.
