I have not made any recording to show you of any proof of Auto Miraj's Employes pressure washing an engine bay so I can not show you any proof. I have and own a range of vehicles and I've brought at least one of the vehicles for a service at least once only when I have no other option and when I can NOT get an appointment from Kleen Park and always be next to my vehicle so your employees don't do anything stupid harming my vehicles that usually happens anyway. Auto Miraj's Services have been average when you guys started it but its gone to utter Shit now maybe because there is no good management. SOME of the Managers think they own the bloody place and treats the customers like ' If you wanna stay, stay, or find another place attitude' Maybe your service is not up to my standard for me because I go to kleen park, car care etc.

In my Original Post I DID NOT tell you all used a pressure washer to clean my engine bay but I've seen some of the buggers doing this to some other cars including the atthidiya branch thats the usual place I go to but I stopped going there because it was not up to my standards so I tried the Rathmalana Service station, Same thing. and You are telling me you watched the CCTV recordings Please check when your under washing employee trying to figure out what the hell to do when he jacked the car and the rear right point all of a sudden jump out and almost damage my metal brake lines he put the lifter back down when I show him what has happened then I go to the front to see the point is near my front under guards just missing the sway bar points! Never mind that! Now your manager that was up on the building tells you that I did not complain ?? Thats bull crap right there I went to him and showed the bloody bill for charging me 400 or odd amount to wash my bay and it was still dirty and whatever you all do don't wash the bay with water! What do you mean you wash it with Steam ?? Steam = water vapor geez any 5th grader knows this that explains that the employees aren't trained they just come for a rural area and you all give them the overalls and they just start spraying the water. And I just remembered if you were watching the CCTV video around the middle part there is a Mazda Demio maybe a 1999 model that one of your employees kept hammering the rear right brake drum's philips bolt that needed some WD40 he just kept hammering it like a idiot thinking it will come off.

hello dear friend, I am a one of the thousands of genuine customers of Auto Miraj. Since 2000 I'm going to service my vehicles. But I have no issues with their service. please do not blame them just for Rs.400/=. And they never use water to clean engine bay without customer request. they are always using Electron Insulator chemical to clean engine bay. Do not expect full service package in body wash.

Dude, I can see how much of a professional you are by the way you talk to a customer. What this guy mentioned in his post about AM employees being big headed is true it seems. Basics of marketing is to treat the customer right and you are doing it all wrong. what made you think that an owner of a Montero Sport will go for a cheap job? maybe because you do not own one. anyways I have heard that Auto Miraj is not providing a good service. Many people have told me not to go there (I am from kandy and talking about Gampola branch).

I got same kind of experience from auto miraj work shops and services.
- abt work shops: that was the worst painting I' ve ever got. some scratches and touch-ups and simply worst

- then service: sometimes they broken wheel brushes, so my alloy wheel got damaged due to that and care less too.

you must avoid auto miraj from repairs
and its better to find a good place for services as well (some auto miraj branches do better service than other small stations)

so select wisely ...

Machn I go to auto miraj just when I can't get an appointment from kleen park, unfortunately I had to take my vehicle there because I had no other option before going to auto Miraj I checked out one of my friends service centers thats in atthidiya since it was full I had to go to auto miraj. This fellow who is posting here is probably some computer gimik guy that is typing out what thir High Level bosses (at least thats what they think they are) at the stations telling them so its no use arguing with him. Yup its not only me a lot of other customers don't go there anymore because they play the fool I don't mind paying 5000/- for a proper spotless Job thats why I always go to kleen Park and here on I will ALWAYS go and recommend Kleen Park Friendly and very Nice Employees there who are trained to do there jobs unlike the buggers who are at this service station.

Dude did they hire you on the basis of pending o/ls?I have never seen a funnier reply than this.Don't even start mentioning about your "Imported special chemical"."Imported 3rd party chemical shit for commission"would be a better name.I'm taking behalf of your nawala branch.Please hire people with some sense of responsibility.One occasion I remind the supervisor at your nawala branch at least 3 times,that is strictly not to flush my ATF using 3rd party chemicals or use any additives,then went to the customer waiting room.I only waited there for about 5 minutes and went back to see my vehicle.Guess what the idiots have added all kind of 3rd party special chemicals already and then when I asked about it from your supervisor the reply was" This is good for the vehicle sir,It's not good to clean it without it,BUt next time you don't need it"And then added extra 5000/= to my bill.Dude I don't need any precious advice on how to use 3rd party chemicals to my car,Do what the customer requested.
