They already built up their reputation and sad thing is they are loosing it dramatically...because of poor customer service... read before comment...I said I used to be a regular customer of them.... I sorted out my problem after having a huge argument with the management....

They don't give us a choice. Few months back all their tshirts were some crap called "kappa."
Their items are all cheap Chinese shit. And true, their customer service is zero. And they are the only clothes shop in Colombo without fit-on rooms.
They used to sell factory reject items for very cheap price but not anymore.
They have forgotten how they came up thus far, and who patronized them.
